Tom is a serving military officer with extensive experience in delivering educational, training and operational projects in unique environments developing the leadership potential in young people.  He is a contributor to the Centre for Social Justice on the transition of service personnel to the civilian workplace and is involved in creating economic and civil society relationships in areas of conflict and instability. Tom is currently leading innovation through strategic planning within the Defence community.
